一、岗位职责 1、Receive and process customer orders, provide order confirmation, orders follow-up 接收和处理客户订单,进行订单确认和跟踪 2、Arrange with Impr. & Expr. Specialist and warehouse for accurate and timely goods delivery to customer 与进出口专员和仓库共同协调,以确保将成品准确、及时地交付给客户 3、Handle L/C business 处理信用证业务 4、Coordinate customer claim handling and timing closure 协调处理客户投诉 5、Organize customer satisfaction survey and analyze feedback for continuous improvement 进行客户满意度调查并提供分析报告 6、Be customer-oriented to coordinate with planner and SCM to support the sales growth. 以客户为导向,与生产计划及供应链管理部门合作,以促进销售增长 二、职位要求 1、College diploma and above degree is required, with minimum 3 years customer service working experience in enterprice 大专以上学历,3年及以上企业客服相关工作经验 2、Has a good planning ability,order management skill and international business knowledge 具有良好的计划能力、订单管理能力和国际业务知识 3、Skilled with office software and SAP system 熟悉办公软件和SAP系统 4、Previous background and experienced in Impr. & Expr. experience is preferred 有进出口工作经验者为佳
