工作职责： 1.Lead S&OP process to get realistic demands & supply plan 领导 S&OP流程得到可实现的需求和供应计划； Closly work with sales & marketing and plant to optimize FG Inventory both in channel and plant； 与销售和市场及工厂紧密沟通优化渠道和工厂成品库存； 2.Customer order handling and transporation arrangement support and process optimizion； 客户订单处理及运输安排的支持及流程优化; Handle the platfrom and dealer's complains. 处理平台/经销商投诉流程. 3.Maintain customer list ,monitor customers' licenses ans related documents to comply policy requirements 管理客户清单和证照有效期及其他文件符合法规要求 4.Create/Change and track materials ,Customer application in CMS system ;DMS systerm maintenance and support 在CMS系统创建/修改和跟踪物料，客户的申请;DMS 系统维护和支持. 5.Follow Supervisor instruction to handle any ad-hoc tasks 按照主管指导,完成其他任务； 任职资格： 1.本科,物流与供应链专业优先；语言技能: 英语 (听,写) 水平:良好；具备计算机操作技能，尤其是EXCEL & PPT操作技能； 2.需求计划与客服工作经验2年以上,具有SAP系统相关知识和操作经验1年以上； 3.沟通影响: 沟通时善于抓住沟通要点,提高沟通的效率；满怀激情:主动与主管沟通工作目标和团队目标,明确职责,了解可利用的资源及实现手段；对于客户提出的超出自己职责范围的专业性需求,主动寻求资源,满足客户需求；
