Receiving and making calls/email/fax from/to customers 接听和拨打客户的电话/邮件/传真 2. Assisting in preparing files for inbound and outbound orders 辅助准备入库及出库订单文件。 3. Assisting in Handling complex and escalated customer service issues 辅助处理各类客户服务问题 4. Assisting in handle customer complaints and claims 协助处理产品的换货和退货 5. Archiving order related documents and reports. 归档订单相关的各类资料及报告。 6. Build positive relationships with customers and with Company staff 建立与客户和公司全体员工的良好关系 职位要求 Job Requirement： 1.College Degree，Fluent in English 大学学历,英语熟练 2. Working hours is 8 hours a day 每天的工作时间为8小时 3. Location：Time Square, SIP Suzhou 地点：苏州工业园区圆融时代广场
