Responsibility: 1. Translate the automotive parts from English into Chinese and allocate the draft HS codes, with the ability to identify the compliance parts. 2.Communicate with global colleague for technical documents; assist retailers with preparation for essential information regarding compliance parts. 3.Receive and respond to incoming calls&email regarding parts, parts availability, order status, part application, part investigation, and technical queries from all AP retailers. 4.Provide ETA and availability information for backordered parts and/or parts in transit upon request, escalating to appropriate levels as needed. 5.Assist the retailer to submit a claim to UK, follow up the claim progress and feedback to retailers. 6.Assist dealers with Unidial 2 ordering system. 7.Log all calls and emails on the Google call log database. 8.Respond to return order queries working with the global customer service team. 9.Maintain good relationship with global colleague, customers and retailers. 10.Other duties as assigned. Requirement: 1.College graduate or above 2.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word 3.Must be fluent with English and Chinese (reading, writing and spoken). 4.Experience in handling or working with vehicle parts or a similar commodity would be seen as a distinct advantage. 5.Have experience of translation and HS code allocation. 6.Have knowledge regarding compliance issue’s for automotive parts and experience about applying the CCC exemption certificates, confirmation letter, O certs, DG parts import etc. 7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 8.Foreign company working experience is preferred.
