Support Accounts Mgr. and Customers on the following related business operation: 辅助客户经理以及客户处理以下事宜: 1. Administration & Reception 行政接待以及安排客户行程等事宜 2. Schedule and meeting arrangement for external and internal 计划和安排内部和外部的会议 3. Apply IPN and related administration support for new product introduction. 申请新物料的IPN以及协助新产品导入 4. Prepare & provide quotation sheet for Customer approval 准备并提供报价表供客户批准 5. Maintain/verify the correct price(by part#) vs process flow in SAP 在SAP中按照操作流程维护并确认正确的价格 6. Generate & provide daily, weekly and monthly report per Customer’s request 按照客户的要求,制作并提供日报&周报&月报 7. Provide monthly report on Customer fcst deviation(by version) and actual revenue deviation(vs fcst) by product groups for Sales 提供客户需求预测和实际销售收入的对比月报表 8. After sales service for any Customer inquiries. 处理售后客户的任何需求 9. Represent sales Dept to attend any internal meeting or communicate with other Dept 客户事务会议安排 **有半导体行业经验者优先 熟练操作文件管理及处理软件及系统 (EXCLE &PPT&WORD等办公自动化系统) 良好的沟通技巧 , 善于处理不同的客户关系
