This is an established role within the sales team that can be used as a launch pad to re-invigorate your career in sales. Over the years this role has seen many people promoted into other areas of the business. Some of the duties involved will be; • Answering inbound phone calls • Entering of customer orders • Use of the CRM tool to plan call outs, dealer visits etc. • To manage and maintain a number of accounts as part of your customer portfolio • In partnership with the field sales team, help out with growing the business through generating feedback from your set customers. • Be able to individually set goals and targets and have the drive and execution to reach them. • Liase with other departments within the organisation to achieve the best possible service for your customers. • Your input in team discussions will be highly sought.
