Job Description - Customer PO verification and execution, reply and confirm delivery schedule in time. - Coordinate with purchasing, manufacturing departments etc to fulfill the PO as scheduled - Maintain relationship with customer, maximize customer-satisfaction for company’s utmost interest - Minimize any impacts for customer complains, take quick actions for coordination, feedback and corrections etc. - Arrange on-time shipments and notify customers to make sure goods to be well received - Invoice and follow up payments and escalate for the overdue. - Archive the documents orderly (PO/receipts/invoice etc.) - Communicate and cooperate with other functional team for issues of shipment/price/inventory etc. - Support sales & marketing team for various issues - Other assignment from the supervisor QUALIFICATIONS - At least 2 years CS related experience, MNC company career path is preferred - Very good at interpersonal skills and communications, warm, patient, and easy to be close to customers - English in both written and verbal - Clear thinking and effective implementation - Active and proactive at work, good team work spirit - Good personality: humble, careful, a perfectionist, and easy to work with - Good skill on office software - Good attitude and prepare for a long-term career development - Applicant with Short-term or temporary-willing for this position is NOT required
