Bachelor’s degree with major in Korean/trade related; 1-3 years customer service and management experiences is preferred; Working experience in a multinational company and/or a manufacturing plant is a plus; Good command of both verbal and written Korean; Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills; Ability to organize and prioritize work; Time management and team work spirit; Skilled in the use of MS Office software, experience of using Oracle is preferable. Coordinate with production for timely production schedule; Work with logistics/warehouse for correct order shipping; Support sales for payment reminders from finance; Cooperate with sales/customers/quality for complaint handling; Customer data maintenance and sales price setting in Oracle when necessary; Item configuration in Oracle; MRP system application for orders; Maintain filing system and daily reports(CSR folders); Other jobs assigned by the supervisor/manager.
