1. Report to: CC Supervisor 向客服主管汇报 2.Qualification 任职资格 ? High School/WACF degree or above. 高中/中专或以上学历 ? Tmall or Taobao working experience will be priority. 有天猫或者淘宝工作经验的优先考虑 ? Good Customer service senses and sales senses 优秀的客服意识和销售意识 ? Familiar with office software and typing speed is fast. 熟悉办公软件并且打字速度快 ? Good communication skill 良好的沟通能力 3. Responsibilities: 职责: ? Reply customer’s inquiries on Qiangniu or Dongdong, including price, product info, change order, cancel order, refund and shipping issue. 在千牛或者咚咚上回复客人有关价格,产品,改单,删单,退款以及发货等问题。 ? Being the first point of contact for customers contacting us, ensuring all communication is answered within 2 mins where possible. 在客户联系我们的第一时间回复客人,所有咨询需要在两分钟内回复。 ? Use proper language to guide customer to push up sales 用恰当的语言引导客户从而增加销售业绩 ? Record, collate and analyze customer complaint report 记录,比较,判断,分析客户投诉报告 ? Other task assigned by superior. 上级安排的其他任务。 P.S: please read below info carefully, as we provide global services to B2C custormer, we offers two shifts for this position, works 5days a week, 8hrs a day, schedule as follow: Dayshift: 8:00-16:30, work from Office Mon-Fri; Nightshift: 15:30-24:00, work from home Mon-Sun.
