Above 4 years experience of customer service handling in industry company background is preferred. 有4年以上的工业工厂客服经验 3. Quickly skills for deal with troubles and working efficiency 能高效率的处理一些问题 5. Good communication skills both in Chinese and English 很好语言沟通能力和良好的英语沟通能力 6. Good computer skills in Microsoft,experience in SAP is preferred 能很好的使用电脑办公软件,有SAP经验者优先 岗位职责: 1.Receive enquiry from customers about spare parts, prepare offer per customer''s request 根据客户需求,提供相应的备件 2.processing customer orders in SAP,check lead time of orders and reply customer, arranging delivery accordingly. control spare parts stock as per sales situation and forecast. 能尽快处理客服的订单,并及时回复客户交期,并根据实际情况安排发货,并根据业务状况做好备件的安全库存 3.receiving customer complaints , communicate with customer and coordinate with related departments internally. 和客服沟通处并协调公司的相关部门处理理客服的投诉 4.after sales arrangement and support for technicians under manager''s instructions. 根据业务的需求,在主管的指示下对客服技师做相应的支持 5.preparing sales report and other reports at every month end. 在月底准备相关工作报告 6. work with local branches and support them about spare parts 对其他分公司在备件方面做相应的支持
