As an employee of SIG Comb PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Internal project and oversea coordination for requested equipment (filler, downstream equipment and parts) and ensure the on time delivery of equipment and all the relative documentation. 2. Clarification of option requirement for filling line equipment; clarification of customer questions and inquires relating to filling line equipment. 3. Processing of equipment order (filler &downstream) and communication with the market organization. 4. Handling of incoming orders, apply for OSL, create internal purchase orders, create order confirmations and creation of invoices. a. Coordination for the supply of optimization and conversion kits for field filling machines b. Coordination for the supply of Must Points for field filling machines c. Coordination for parts trading/transferring among GA plants or CBCN internal departments 5. Handling of claims from customer sites, coordinate and ensure proper closure of the raised issues. 6. Release packing case and packing hours PR to packing supplier after confirmed internal. 7. Tracking missing parts status and arrange ship out on time. 8. Participate in company activities. 9. Other tasks assigned by supervisor ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED: Business needs, education background, skills and experience, etc. 1. Good adaptability and re-cognition in cultural differences. 2. Basic technical purchasing /analytical skill 3. Good interpersonal and communication skill 4. Good skills in computer (Microsoft Offices) 5. Cross function communication and negotiation skill 6. Excellent coordination skills 7. Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office- and ERP-Systems (e.g. SAP) 8. At least 5 years experiences in service, purchase related function 9. Knowledge of International Trade, Law and Industrial regulations (considerable as an advantage)
