岗位职责: 1. Key in new orders into system and track / update orders’ status. 2. Assist Supervisor to discuss with planning, logistics and other teams when orders can’t be fulfilled as scheduled and find the best way to solve it. 3. Keep close contact and communication with customers in a proper manner and maintain good relationship with them. 4. Other tasks assigned by Supervisor 任职要求: 1. College degree or above. 2. 1-2 years’ customer service/order management experience in MNC 3. Fluent written English and must be able to speak in English (basic oral English is required) 4. Good at office software. 5. Be careful and responsible.
