职位概述 订单处理,跟单,发货,对账开票,ERP作业系统数据维护 工作职责 Support service team to make quotaion for retrofit &repair service&relocation 支持服务团队为改造、维修服务和搬迁报价 Tracking parts’L/T and arrange parts delivery, order receiving processing / tracking / packaging and shipment 跟踪零件的L/T并安排零件交付, 订单接单处理/跟踪/包装出货 Account checking with customer and invoice to customer, payment tracking 与客户核对账目并向客户开具发票,跟踪付款 Solve customers’complain 针对客户投诉协调处理/结案 Maintain data in ERP system ERP系统中的数据维护 任职要求 Junior College or above, major in Marketing or Economics related 大专以上学历,市场、商务等相关专业 Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP 熟练操作Office及ERP系统 Strong communication skills and a motivating personality 较强的沟通能力,积极进取 Have independence ability to solve problem 较强的独立解决问题的能力
