JOB DESCRIPTION: 1.Key in Sales order into both PeopleSoft and SAP, prepare OA in 4 working hours.Acknowledge in customer system as individual request. 35% 2.Arrange shipments according to CS requests in PeopleSoft and SAP, prepare packing list/invoice/labels/Delivery Note/customer required shipping document. 35% 3.Key in PO/ MSR into PS,finish shipping and depletion in PeopleSoft. 10% 4. Genrate quotation and upload forecast data in SAP according to customer service information. 10% 5. Print report: sales report, Backlog report daily 5% 6. Other arrangement by CS 5% REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Technical secondary school with 1-2 years clerk experience or college graduates Basic Excel/Word skills, Basic English reading skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Customer Service Clerk working experience Good Excel skills, ERP system experience
