1. Tender handling and documentation. 2. Provide support and service to customers and communication regarding the projects. Keep in contact with customers. 3. Support the global sales and marketing team that is based in the Netherlands. 4. Track samples and quality control. 5. Manage the quotation and selling prices under the management’s instructions and direction. Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. 7. Assist the General Manager and Sales Manager in preparation of proposals and presentations. 8. Execute all general and administrative work related to the business. 9. Perform any other job assigned by the company. Responsibility: 职责 1. Bachelor degree in business management or equivalent major is required. 2. English level: Certified with CET-6. 3. Three to five years working experience in a sales or customer service function in a manufacturing company environment is a must. 4. Ability to lead and organize the company’s internal resources to fulfill the customer’s demand in time. 5. Ability to handle company’s communication with customers in a professional way. 6. Ability to work as a member of the sales team. 7. Being helpful, confident and comfortable in your own abilities. 8. Capable to travel. 9. Good organizational skills and a drive to achieve.
