Responsibilities: 1. Manage all customer service activities for the business 2. Work to support the pre/post project implementation activities 3. Prepare customer RFQ in timely manner 4. Manage customer forecast and communicate demand to supply chain 5. Assist financial department to monitor invoices and follow account receivable status 6. Customer complaint dealing together with QA team 7. Collect customers’ GP requirements, self-assessment and make sure requirements are met. 8. Other assignments by Manager Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above 2. 5+ years business experiences in customer service area or dealing with customer. Supervisory experience required. 3. Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite especially Excel/ Power Point). 4. Good oral and written English skills, CET 4 or above 5. Strong service orientation and committed to service excellence 6. Pleasant personality & high integrity. Proactive, good planning and execution ability 7. Good interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues and customers 8. Strong team- player
