Requirements: --3-5 years of working experience in the manufacturing company; --3 years of customer service experience; --College Diploma or Bachelor; --Good English communication skill for speaking, reading & writing; --Computer skill on Excel, Word; --ERP knowledge, SAP is preferred; --Good knowledge of and ability to use standard customer service processes and tools; --Basic planning & logistics knowledge is required; --Good courtesy and communication skill; --Able to work under high pressure and time limitation. Responsibilities: --Order entry and acknowledge orders; --Work with planner to confirm the delivery plan; --Consolidate/Arrange shipments of various products and orders; --Work with logistics to arrange shipments; --Provide shipping documents to customers; --Provide answer and advice for customer’s inquiry; --Handle customer complaints or any major incidents; --Customer Survey by telephone, email, or visit; --Analysis the on time delivery rate and take actions to improve; --Analysis finished goods inventory level and take actions to reduce E&O; --Frequently expected to individually solve problems by using RCCM (Root Cause and Countermeasure) process which follow set guidelines and procedures; --Assist manager for other required work.
