CSR Duty: a. Enter and manage customer orders in in-house system b. Monitor materials availability against customer demand. Coordinate with relevant commercial, planner, logistics and credit control to complete order fulfillment tasks on timely basis c. Require to plan for customer’s orders based on customer’s request dates d. Have the absolute order ownership and work proactively with customer and Sales on material requirements e. Identify customer needs, resolve immediate issues or highlight it to a higher level of authority f. Coordinates and communicates customer requirements with other personnel within the department as well as with other departments to ensure customer’ s requirements are met in a timely manner g. Cooperate with sales to manage or handle customer inquiries and complains h. Achieve ease of doing business by knowing the factory well and respond to customers promptly to drive for service excellence i. Good knowledge and experience of import order handling Admin Duty: a. Manage general affairs-Manage cleaner or IT Service :Book air ticket or car or hotel for employees and visitors b. Manage relationship with external and internal stakeholders c. Assist in the property management, as required, Enhance staff communication, organize company activities and staff relations programs: Manage mails, and receive telephone d. Purchase and manage office supplies with stationery or coffee or bottle water or and other consumables e. Manage enterprise qualification files( include stamp. notice, certifications, etc.) and support on visa or residence permit application for employees and visitors f. Other assigned tasks
