Responsibilities:  Be responsible for ISO 9001/14001 /ISO13485/ 21 CFR 820/ SOR98/282-2015 management system related activities.  Define and communicate customer care standards.  Review and assess customer care contracts.  Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer care levels and standards.  Direct the daily operations of the customer care team.  Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department.  Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer care delivery.  Review customer complaints.  Track customer complaint resolution.  Handle complex and escalated customer care issues.  Monitor accuracy of reporting and data base information.  Analyze relevant data to determine customer care outputs.  Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service,  Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies,Co-ordinate and manage customer care projects.  Ensure budget requirements are met.  Evaluate and performance manager staff.  Other task assigned by superior.
