Responsibilities: Be responsible for ISO 9001/14001 /ISO13485/ 21 CFR 820/ SOR98/282-2015 management system related activities. Define and communicate customer care standards. Review and assess customer care contracts. Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer care levels and standards. Direct the daily operations of the customer care team. Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department. Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer care delivery. Review customer complaints. Track customer complaint resolution. Handle complex and escalated customer care issues. Monitor accuracy of reporting and data base information. Analyze relevant data to determine customer care outputs. Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies,Co-ordinate and manage customer care projects. Ensure budget requirements are met. Evaluate and performance manager staff. Other task assigned by superior.
