Customer Service 客服专员(SI)粉末冶金事业部 Requirement Profile – Education/Knowledge/Work Experience 1. Graduated from a commercial school, Diploma degree and above 2. 2-3 years of customer service experience, in automotive or mechanical industry 3. Problem solving skill and able to work independently 4. Proficient with excelword PPT, Skill on ERP software ,SAP is preferred 5. Good English communication skills and Consistent and accurate 6. Communication skills 7. Strict ,Reliable 8. Excellent Communication Skills List of Activities 1. Customer Order processing 2. According to customers‘ orders, arrange shipment correctly. Make sure on time delivery achieved for all orders. 3. Check customer’s VAT invoices and send them to customers and help to maintain some reports. 4. Keep reasonable finished goods level at MPCC or consignment warehouse; 5. Work as a good communicator between customers and MPCC, and take responsibility to coordinate internally if anything would impact delivery. 6.
