Qualifications required ⑤ • Education Bachelor Degree • Experience (type) 1 – 3 years working experience in related skills • Knowledge or specific business understanding Sales and Marketing exposure would be added advantage Description of tasks Main tasks ⑦ 1 Customer Related inquiry - Pricing, Product, Order, Delivery - Complaint, sample arrangement - Payment Issue (Repayment monitoring) - Sample creation (Sales Force) - Free Sales Certificate application 2 Contract Management - Overview of balance contract - New contract, overdue - Call off schedule according to contracted volume and period - Extention and cancellation of contract 3 Order/Data Processing - Order entry into the SAP or local system - Liaise with planner or supply chain for shipment and delivery - Invoicing - Communication customer for order completion - Account management through NCI (Creation/updating of mailing) - Agent(Commission) agent request (Creation) - Coordination on label creation (Specific code only) 4 Reporting - Weekly open order and ship report - Weekly 3 months rolling forecast - Monthly – 3 monthly rolling forecast with product code - account receivable overview - Contract overview 5 Customer Satisfaction Survey (Yearly Basis) 6 Any ad hoc or new project assigned related to customer service department
