Experience in telephone etiquette training and 400/800 telephone service is preferred. 普通话标准。有电话礼仪培训经历,400/800电话服务经验者优先。 3.Proficient in computer operation, familiar with office software, experience in CRM/ERP system or similar is preferred. 计算机操作熟练,能熟练操作Word/excel/outlook等Office软件,有CRM/ERP或类似系统操作经验者优先。 4.Good understanding, communication and presentation skills. The skill of appeasing the customer''s mood 良好的理解、沟通和表达能力,安抚客户情绪的技巧。 5.Efficient, quick response ability 高效工作,快速反应。 6.Full of positive energy. Always be organized. 成熟可靠,耐心细致,有责任心,做事有条理。 8.Excellent ability to work independently and team spirit. 具有优秀的独立解决问题的能力和团队合作精神。 岗位职责Responsibilities: 1.Communicate with customers through 400/800 hotlines, e-mail, QQ, WeChat and so on. 通过400/800电话、电子邮件、QQ、微信等途径与客户沟通。 2.Provide consulting and inquiry services to dealers and end users. Confirm question orders, handle repair quotations, follow and rush up orders and deal with returns etc. 向公司的经销商和终端用户提供咨询、查询服务,确认订单,处理维修报价,订单跟进,退货等。 3.Register and report according to process requirements. 根据流程要求做好各项登记记录,并整理汇报。 4.Mastering and utilizing service policies and resources to deal with customer needs flexibly. 灵活运用公司的相关政策和资源来处理客户需求。 5.Manage and update customer information. 管理、更新客户信息。 6.Communicate and coordinate with production, sales and other departments. 与生产、销售等各部门沟通协调相关事务。 7.Deal with customer complaints. Improve customer satisfaction. 处理客户投诉,提高客户满意度。 8.The other job referred by the manager 完成部门主管指派的其它工作。
