Major Responsibilities: 1. Customer Order Processing Receive and process customer PO / customer delivery schedule / customer schedule agreement. Collaborate with internal production planning and SCM in order to confirm the delivery schedule to customer, ensure internal production planning and shipping plan in efficient way to meet customer requirements. 2. Proactively communicate with the customer in case the delivery cannot be done as scheduled, and to confirm to customer about an updated delivery date. 3. Daily track order status, collaborate with cross operation function to settle issue. 4. Answer customer enquiries properly. 5. Customer PO, customer forecast, customer schedule and internal forecast entry VM system 6. Ensure the accuracy of data entry and changes, key-in on time. 7. File customer orders and schedule agreements and shipping documents according to the guide and policy. 8. Regular weekly and monthly order book reports 9. Fulfill other work assigned Key Competencies: 1. Fluent English both in written & oral 2. Good at MS office software 3. Good communication skill 4. Good organize and coordinate capability 5. High degree of credibility, professional competency and personal integrity 6. Self initiative & target oriented, can work under high- pressure. 7. Commercial business knowledge, full supply chain management ( customer order/ internal planning/ supplier scheduling )experience is a plus 8.Logistic knowledge - import/export/Trading related knowledge Education and Experience: 1. College Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Business Admin or related, 2. At least 3 years foreign investment enterprise experience in related field.
