Job Description: 1. Key in Sales order into both PeopleSoft and SAP, prepare OA in 4 working hours.Acknowledge in customer system as individual request. 35% 2. Arrange shipments according to CS requests in PeopleSoft and SAP, prepare packing list/invoice/labels/Delivery Note/customer required shipping document. 30% 3. Key in PO/ MSR into PS, finish shipping and depletion in PeopleSoft. 10% 4. Generate quotation and upload forecast data in SAP according to customer service information. 10% 5. Support RJI CS with all the requirement 10% 6. Other arrangement by RSZ CS 5% Job Requirement: 1. Junior college or undergraduate 2. Japanese ,English, Excel ,ERP System Skill 3. Customer Service Experience Preferred 4. Good Communication Skills
