Job description: 1.Customer orders process: verify quotation/contract, coordinate delivery, order confirmation and tracking 2. Communicate orders with sales/customers: arrange shipment based on customer requirements; check customer order and delivery date regularly; 3. Customer claim and return: register claim system in time and promote internal investigation; 4. Invoice and payment follow up. 5. Other tasks assigned by manager Job requirements: 1. University/diploma degree in business management or related 2. 2+ year of work experience in customer service. 3. Proactive, customer- and team-oriented mindset. 4. Good spoken and written in English 5. Good knowledge of the MS Office software 6. Motivated, good planning and execution 7. Good team player, able to work independently and efficiently 8. CET-4
