Job Content: 1)Responsible for the smooth overall operation of the customer service function to meet organizational short and long term needs; 2)Supervise and manage a team of Customer Service Executive who are tasked to ensure the smooth processing of sales orders from order entry to deliver and ensure KPIs set for the department are met; 3) To work closely with sales department and logistic department to ensure we fulfill all orders. 4) Constantly find ways to improve operations and communication with various departments etc. 5) To communicate with strategic customers to develop a cordial and effective relationship. 6) May handle key/strategic customers and manage customer orders in in-house system 7)Monitor materials availability against customer demand. Coordinate with relevant commercial, planner, logistics & credit control to complete order fulfillment tasks on timely basis. 8) Require to plan for customer’s orders based on customer’s request dates 9) Have the absolute order ownership and work proactively with customer & Sales on material requirements. 10)Coordinates and communicates customer requirements with other personnel within the department as well as with other departments to ensure customer’s requirements are met in a timely manner 11) Cooperate with sales to coordinate customer inquiries and complains. 12)Achieve ease of doing business by knowing the factory well and respond to customers promptly to drive forservice excellence 13) Liaise with intercompany function on shipments and process improvement Knowledge and educational level: 1) Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain/ Logistics,Business Administration or equivalent. 2) Good interpersonal, communication,analytical and management skills. 3) Knowledge of customer service,trade incoterms and customers procedures etc. 4) Knowledge of ERP systems is essential. 5) CET-6 or above with good oral and written English. Required level of experiences: 1) At least 3 years relevant managerial working experience in manufacturing environment
