•QUALIFICATION 任职资格 •Bachelor degree or above. 大专或以上学历 •Common Sense •优秀的客服意识 •Fluent in Mandarin 普通话标准流利 •Familiar with office software 熟悉办公软件 •Good communication skill 良好的沟通能力 •RESPONSIBILITIES 职责 •Approve all internet orders; Contact with customer about issues during approving 审批网上订单;订单批复中遇到的问题直接与客户联系解决 •Answer customers’ questions with int. orders problems, modify orders, cancel orders, refund money, shipment tracking info etc. 回复并解决客户任何关于B2C 订单的问题,改单,取消订单,退款给客户, 出货期,到货期等 •Reply all the questions about our product on time 及时回复客人有关产品的任何问题 •Answer CC hotline 接客服电话 •Record, collate and analyze customer complaint report 记录,比较,判断,分析客户投诉报告 •Other task assigned by superior. 上级安排的其他任务。
