JD -Customer PO verification and execution, reply and confirm delivery schedule in time. -Coordinate with purchasing, manufacturing departments etc to fulfill the PO as scheduled -Maintain relationship with customer, maximize customer-satisfaction for company’s utmost interest -Minimize any impacts for customer complains, take quick actions for coordination, feedback and corrections etc. -Arrange on-time shipments and notify customers to make sure goods to be well received -Invoice and follow up payments and escalate for the overdue. -Archive the documents orderly (PO/receipts/invoice etc.) -Communicate and cooperate with other functional team for issues of shipment/price/inventory etc. -Support sales & marketing team for various issues -Other assignment from the supervisor QUALIFICATIONS -At least 2 years CS related experience, MNC company career path is preferred -Very good at interpersonal skills and communications, warm, patient, and easy to be close to customers -English in both written and verbal -Clear thinking and effective implementation -Active and proactive at work, good team work spirit -Good personality: humble, careful, a perfectionist, and easy to work with -Good skill on office software -Good attitude and prepare for a long-term career development -Applicant with Short-term or temporary-willing for this position is NOT required
